My Life and My Motive
I have always been a kind of person who loves to be fit in every aspect of life and that includes not only physical health but also mental health. I have also been in a phase like most of you where I had to struggle to reduce those extra inches around the waist and keep my belly flat. And who does not like to keep it that way? I know, we all do. And I know keeping that perfect shape could be really annoying at times.
I, myself, have tried a lot of different things, different diets, and different exercises along the way not only to burn that stubborn fat but to keep my body fit and healthy. And now with the years of experience I can definitely tell what is going to work and what is just there to make you annoy and add one more bad experience in your life.
No matter in what phase of life you are, no matter how hard you have tried to keep your body slim, smart and healthy and no matter how horrible your struggle story is, there is always a way to make things right, there is always a way to start over and there is always a way to find what you desire in life. And with that being said, I want you to know that I am here to make your journey as easy and smooth as I can and I am here to make you feel comfortable, confident and motivated enough to let you know that Yes you can achieve everything in your life no matter how hard it seems to be.

I never emphasize on physical fitness to flatter your looks or body. I do it because I know how important it is for your mental health. Not having your desired body and having undesired fat in your body does not only make you look fat but also it has bizarre effects on your mental health. You might not even notice but it makes you feel under confident, it makes you being conscious about yourself all the time, it makes you dwell on thoughts like what other people think of you and your body and if they even like you or not and do you look good enough or not? Whether you agree or not we carry the weight of all these worries and stress all the time on our shoulders without even recognizing it.
This is the reason why I want you to focus on your body and your health if you have not already done it. And I can not emphasize enough on the importance of your health and the relationship of your mind and body. Start focusing on your health, be aware of what type of food you are putting in your body and whether you are exercising daily or not.
